Baby Hikes and Stroller Walks
Baby Hikes are desigend for caregivers carrying little ones in a baby carrier. We explore varied terrain, from gentle forest paths to more challenging trails, covering distances between 1-6 km. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced hiker, there’s something for you. We hike rain or shine (unless there’s a thunderstorm), so come prepared with sturdy footwear and layers for you and baby!
Stroller walks are perfect for all ages, our stroller walks take place on paved or smooth, stroller friendly paths, usually 1-5 km in length. These are relaxed, easy paced walks that make space for conversation, fresh air, and connection with other caregivers. No age limit- older siblings are welcome too!
Family Hikes
Our Family Hikes are designed with the whole crew in mind- parents, kids, grandparents, and everyone in between. We move at a slow to moderate pace so little feet can keep up, covering about 1-5 km over the course of about an hour. These easygoing adventures often explore scenic spots along the Bruce Trail and other beautiful, family-friendly areas. We choose locations with accessible washrooms when possible, and always aim to create an experience that’s enjoyable, inclusive, and welcoming for all ages.
Parent-Only Hikes
Craving a little solo time or a hike without the kids in tow? Our Parent-Only Hikes offer a chance to recharge, connect with other caregivers, and enjoy nature at your own pace. These hikes are moderate to fast-paced, covering 3-10 km on a variety of terrain across the GTA.
We hike year round- winter, spring, summer and fall, sturdy shoes are recommended and weather appropriate gear are a must. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, all levels are welcome. Moms and dads- this time is for you.
